Merry Christmas!
This is the day that the Lord has made. We
shall rejoice and be glad in it.
Today,
I awoke early to neighbors ringing my doorbell with a Merry Christmas greeting
and “Come eat some breakfast.” Once we finished breakfast, off to work we went
like any other day. When I returned this afternoon from work, I went straight
into preparation mode. A few of the ladies in the building decided that we
would come together to host a Christmas dinner jointly. I was responsible for a
side dish and choose to put together a few decorations on my own just to
brighten up the room. Thus, my cooking and decoration preparations began.
I cooked cabbage with purple onions. Now, that I had my
cooking out of the way it was time for me to go do a quick change and freshen
up before dinner was served. Overall, the evening turned out well. It was
